When users go for this option, they will get special drivers to address the needs of specially-abled people. Uber has collaborated with iCare Life to provide special training to their driver-partners. They will assist commuters with their accessibility needs such as folding and storing their wheelchairs, walkers and scooters for transport. The program will also train drivers on spotting visible and invisible disability needs. Also, they will be taught communication tips on asking the right questions.
