FlipkartCEO turned delivery boy
Flipkart CEO, Sachin Bansal, on Friday in Bangalore stepped out and turned out to be a common delivery boy. Due to the huge business, he himself went out for delivering the goods to the customers. Heard about any CEO doing the delivery in India.
Just as in the initial days of his business when he used to deliver the goods on scooter, living those days again Sachin has probably made up his mind to do the same for the fortnight.
He also tweeted his selfies with the customers and delivery boys and expressed how happy he is doing his job.

To just give an overview about Flipkart, it is an online e-commerce company established by Sachin Bansal and co-founder Binny Bansal in 2007. Today it is the India’s one of the top online marketplace having a huge range of products varying from digital electronics, apparels, furniture, and so on. Flipkart allows payment methods such as cash on delivery, credit or debit card transactions, net banking, e-gift voucher and card swipe on delivery Their slogan says “Ab Har Wish Hogi Poori” which means Every Wish will be Fulfilled!
There is an initiative by Flipkart coined as “The Big Billion Days” Sale which has lot of amazing deals on gadgets, apparels, home furnishing etc. It was not so successful in 2014 but this year it has started from 13th October till 17th October and is doing good so far, being the CEO involved in the picture. Behind the scenes, massive preparations are done in advance to avoid any sort of glitch.
