Nintendo has finally released the Pokémon Go wrist accessory. Pokémon Go Plus is a small wearable device that allows the players to interact with their favorite Pokémon Go without using a smartphone. This bracelet-like device was first set to be launched in late July but was delayed to September.

Connect Via Bluetooth

It employs Bluetooth to pair with the user’s phone. One will receive alerts when the device lights up and vibrates to indicate a nearby PokeStop or Pokémon. The wearable buttons can be used to collect items at PokeStops and catch characters. You can press the Pokémon Go Plus button to search the Pokéstop for items. The items will be added immediately to your inventory.

Easy Controls

When a Pokémon is near, it will flash and you can then press the button on the Plus to throw a Poké ball. It flashes and vibrates to let you the user knows if he was successful in catching Pokémon or not. When both the smartphone with Pokémon Go and the paired Pokémon Go Plus accessory are within the range of one another, both vibrate when a Pokémon is close. The device makes playing Pokémon Go much easier.

You can comfortably pin the wearable on to clothes or attach them to bags or can use them as a keychain. His smart accessory offers a good way to play the game without compromising conversations. It is just released worldwide and fans are raving over this new accessory. The device retails for $35 and can be purchased from select retailers including Nintendo stores and Amazon.

Talking about the compatibility, it is compatible with iPhone 5, 5C, 5S, SE, 6, 6S, 6S Plus, 7 and 7 Plus devices with iOS Version 8-10 installed. For android devices, the compatibility requirements are 2GB RAM, Android Version 4.4-6.0 installed and Bluetooth Smart i.e. Version 4.0 or higher.
