Asus has introduced a quartet of new tablets last month and now, Asus ZenPad S is available for $199.99 at Best Buy. You will get an 8-inch touchscreen with 2,048 x 1,536 resolution.
Designed as on-the-go tablet, it offers a good alternative to iPad mini. It is available at much lower cost. The ZenPad S 8.0 weighs 10.51 ounces and is 0.25 inches thick. It runs on Android 5 Lollipop and is powered by a quad-core Atom Z3530 processor that lets you enjoy fast web surfing, great gaming experiences and multi-tasking.
The tablet comes with a 5-megapixel rear and a 20megapixel front camera for selfie lovers. Its low light mode allows one to capture up to 400% brighter pictures at night or in-low light scenes without need for a flash. It includes 32GB of storage along with a microSD slot. Users can extend the memory of the tablet to an additional 128GB with microSD card.
