LG G6 Mini May Sport 5.4 Inch Screen
LG might be working on a mini version of its flagship, LG G6 smartphone. One is expected to see the reduced screen size from 5.7 inches to 5.4 inches while keeping the aspect ratio to 18:9. The biggest highlight of the LG G6 Mini is the retaining of display aspect ratio of 18:9 or 2:1. Notably, the screen to body ratio is 78.6%.
No dual rear camera setup
The prolific tipster, Evan Blass, has claimed that the smartphone will be called LG Q6. The device was recently spotted on FCC with model number M700. He also said that the smartphone will sport a single 13-megapixel rear camera and 3GB of RAM. There is also a link to tweet from @Jon4Lakers (Jon Rettinger) which has the link to LG G6 Mini content published in April. One camera lens implies that none of the wide-angle trickery of full LG G6 and in return; save you a bit of cash. The bezels of the smartphone are just as squeezed on the new handset.
It is expected to arrive with Snapdragon 821 SoC. The device seems to have a USB Type-C port at the bottom and a 3.5mm audio jack at the top. At the left edge of the device, it houses volume and power keys. There’s no word on the maker of the chipset that the company is going to use in this handset.

LG is yet to comment to the ongoing leaks and rumors surrounding the LG G6 Mini smartphone. It could be a device with smaller form factor and features like LG G6 with the price available at a lower rate.
LG has released mini versions of its smartphones in the past as well and is an effort to pick up some share in the smartphone market dominated by Samsung and Apple. LG is also rumored to be working on an OLED panel for its next premium smartphone.
