Swipe Technologies is a Pune-based smartphone and tablet maker company. It has launched India’s first android Smartphone for kids named ‘Swipe Junior’ priced at Rs. 5,999 in India. It has been designed for kids in the age group of 5-15 years and comes with excellent parental control features.

Customized UI
Swipe Junior Smartphone comes with features such as geo-tracking and geo-fencing to track the movements of children. Parents can customize the wallpapers that their kids find attractive. The phone also includes some preloaded apps to ignite the imagination with interactive apps and books.
Durable
It comes with a shock proof body with food grade material. This makes the smartphone water and drop proof. It has a shock and break proof body so that it does not break when kids drop their devices.
Display
In terms of display, it features a 4.5 inch IPS display and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual core processor. The smartphone comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. Talking about camera, this kid-friendly phone has a 2 megapixel rear camera and 0.3 megapixel front facing camera.
Child-centric Apps
The smartphone has been designed keeping in view the needs of children and thus, includes a number of apps targeted to their safety. Parents can set safe and danger zones on the phone and know the exact usage time of every app. They can also allow or block apps using app management system. Also, the phone comes with the feature of keeping track of people whom their children are connected to and delete unwanted numbers from their contacts.
Geo-Positioning
For safety purposes, the handset comes with one click emergency dialing and there’s a one step emergency SOS alert as well. Children can easily be tracked using geo tracking and geo tracking features. GPS helps parents to monitor their location 24 x 7.
