YU, a smartphone company renowned for providing us Yureka and Yuphoria has come up with a portable printer called YUPIX. This Indian electronic brand owned by Micromax launched this portable photo printer to make printing pictures a hassle-free task.

The printer prints 2.1 x 3.4 inch sized digital pictures at a resolution of 291 dpi in 60 seconds. This compact pocket sized printer is primarily for smartphone pictures. The printer has an amazing image transfer speed of 10 times faster as compared to other pocket printers. It weighs only 273 grams and uses the dye sublimation printing technology. It can take 10 pictures simultaneously and supports JPEG format. You just need to install YUPIX app on your smartphones and are ready to edit and print the pictures without requiring computer. One can transfer the images via Wi-Fi or NFC enabled connection. It supports both Android and iOS (iPhone) devices. This smart mobile printer has a 550 mAh battery and comes integrated with an ink ribbon and photo paper.

YUPIX comes clad in blue color and from September 7, it is available at Amazon.in priced at Rs. 6,999.
