Microsoft has unveiled its latest Windows 10 smartphone called Lumia 650 and will go on sale in select European markets at the price of USB 199. The company’s recent Lumia 950 and 950 XL are the closest to new flagships, but with Lumia 650 Microsoft has retreated back to the low-end. Lumia 650 is more powerful and feature-packed as compared to Lumia 550 and impresses us with its useful specifications and great price.
Design
Lumia 650 features a beautiful design with a 5” inch OLED display with Gorilla Glass protection. The colors are bright and crisp and it features a highly polished and anodized aluminum frame. It measures only 6.9mm thick and comes 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. It is available in black and white color options and both are equally attractive. It looks smarter and higher-end than the flagship phones.
Processor and Features
Under the hood, it features a powerful quad core Snapdragon 212 at 1.3GHz along with 1GB RAM. The smartphone features 16GB of internal storage. Lumia 650 comes with built-in security features and one-click Office 365 set up. The latest mobile versions of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote are fully optimized for touch screens. Microsoft is billing the Lumia 650 as a handset that’s suitable for business users.
